- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆VIST Bank is the most "technologically challenged" bank I've ever dealt with. I've been using online banking for over 10 years, but these guys want you to fax and mail every form of communication in; it's insane. Need a password reset? Oh sorry can't do that online, you've got to call the office and talk to one of their incompetent employees for that during normal business hours. It's 2010 but by the way they do business you'd think it was 1992. Seriously, if you are even semi-competent with technology, find somewhere else, dealing with this bank will make you want to tear your hair out, I PROMISE YOU.By A Google User, July 22, 2017
